Frequently asked questions from agencies
What does a listing on ResidencyHub cost?
Currently nothing. You manage your profile, services, prices, logo and banner for free. You only pay for requests if you want to receive them.
What's the difference between cold and warm leads?
Cold leads come straight from the Relocation Matcher or a website request. Our sales team has called warm leads beforehand: needs, timeline, budget range and decision-maker are clarified, and the client explicitly agreed to sharing.
How many agencies receive a request?
At most three that match the destination and topic. Every agency gets a real chance – and the client isn't overwhelmed.
What happens with invalid requests?
If the contact details are wrong or the topic doesn't fit your offer, report the request in your agency account. We check it and credit it.
Can I buy a better ranking?
No. The client's choices and verifiable data such as price, duration, reviews and verification level decide the order. Ads are always clearly labelled.
How do I get approved?
Register, complete your profile and evidence (e.g. register entry or licence) and submit it for review. If something is missing, we tell you exactly what. After approval your dashboard is complete – including banner, logo and leads.
Can I have negative reviews removed?
No. Only proven clients can review. If you think a review is not permitted, report it – we check it under our review guidelines.
What's my role in ResidencyCommunity?
As a labelled agency you can answer questions, appear at events and build your network. Advertising and links are only possible through booked ads – this protects the community and makes your answers more credible.
How is billing handled?
By invoice, all prices excl. VAT. For businesses in the EU we invoice under the reverse-charge procedure. You request packages and flat rates in your agency account and we confirm them in advance.
