Review guidelines
Reviews only help if they are real. That is why every review on ResidencyHub needs proof of a real engagement.
Who can review
- Only clients who used a provider's service. After the service you receive a personal review code; without a valid code no review can be submitted.
- One review per engagement. Each code works once.
What a good review contains
- What the provider did, how the cooperation went, what was good or bad.
- Criticism is welcome, including harsh criticism. Insults, threats and personal attacks are not.
- No personal data of others, such as phone numbers, addresses or health details.
When we do not publish or remove a review
- There is no valid proof of engagement.
- It contains insults, threats, hate or personal attacks.
- It states facts that are demonstrably false. Opinions about the service remain allowed.
- It comes from the provider itself or a competitor, or was paid for or rewarded.
- It contains advertising, links or spam, or does not concern the provider's service.
Reporting a review
- Anyone can report a review with the "Report" link below it.
- The review stays visible while we check it. If the report concerns a missing engagement, we ask the reviewer for proof within 10 days. Proof is only seen by ResidencyHub and never passed on to the provider.
- If no proof arrives in time, we remove the review. Insults and demonstrably false facts are removed in any case.
- We never remove a negative review just because a provider dislikes it.
What we show
- All published reviews, including negative ones, newest first.
- Ratings from other platforms are never mixed with ours.
