How ranking works
The order of providers is set by what you choose and by verifiable data. Payments to ResidencyHub never change it.
- No paid placements
- Only genuine reviews

What decides the order
In the matcher you pick up to three priorities (reliable, fast, professional, best rated). Each priority counts equally; ties keep the previous order.
Only comparable offers are ranked against each other: the same standard service in the same country. Packages and individual services are shown separately.
Data we use
- Price and processing time as stated by the provider.
- Average and number of approved reviews. Only reviews with proof of a real engagement count.
- The provider's stated response time.
- Verification level and whether a licence is on file.
- The "Trusted" mark, which ResidencyHub assigns after its own checks.

Money and sponsored placements
- Providers can pay ResidencyHub, for example for forwarded client requests. Details are on the page for providers.
- Paid status never changes the organic order or any score. If sponsored placements are offered, they are labelled "Sponsored".
- No one can buy a review, a verification level or the removal of a negative review.
Verification levels
Each level builds on the one before. The higher, the more has been checked.

Averages and reference prices
"Ø of compared offers" is the average price of at least two comparable standard offers in the same country. It is not an external market price.
A typical agency price is only shown when we have a documented source and date; both are shown next to the figure.
