1. Provider and scope
The provider is MAXVALUETECH LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (see legal notice). These terms apply to the websites, apps and all features of ResidencyHub and ResidencyCommunity with one shared account.
2. Our services
ResidencyHub helps you compare relocation service providers and forwards requests to selected agencies with your consent. You conclude service contracts directly with the agency; we are not a party to those services.
ResidencyCommunity is a forum with a feed, member profiles, direct messages, events and a library.
We do not provide legal, tax or financial advice. Content on the platforms – in particular member posts – reflects experiences and general information and does not replace advice from a professional.
3. Account
You must be of legal age and provide truthful information. You are responsible for the security of your e-mail access because sign-in works by code. An account is personal and not transferable. You can have it deleted at any time.
4. Community rules
The community thrives on freedom and respect. Not allowed – in text, images and videos:
- Nudity and sexual content of any kind.
- Glorification of violence, threats, hate, insults and discrimination.
- Drugs, alcohol and nicotine (e.g. cigarettes, vapes, shisha) and selling or sourcing any substances.
- Links and advertising outside booked, labelled ads.
- Other people's personal data without consent, spam, fraud and illegal content.
5. Pre-check and moderation
Every post and image is checked automatically before publication. New topics and videos are also looked at by the team. We may reject, hide or delete content that breaches these terms and suspend accounts for serious or repeated breaches. You will be told the reason and can ask for a human review.
You can report illegal content via the report function or support; we handle reports promptly.
6. Rights to your content
By publishing posts, images, videos and other content on the platforms you grant MAXVALUETECH LLC, free of charge, the exclusive, transferable and sublicensable right, unlimited in time and territory, to use this content in all known media, in particular to reproduce, distribute, make publicly available, edit, translate and use it to promote the platforms. Within the scope of these rights the content is considered intellectual property of the platform.
You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to your content and do not infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, personality rights, rights of people shown in images).
For submitted e-books and PDFs the separate rights grant you confirm when submitting also applies.
7. Liability for content
The author is responsible for content posted by members, agencies and third parties. We do not adopt such content as our own and are not liable for content that breaches these terms or applicable law. As soon as we become aware of illegal content, we remove or block it without delay.
If third parties bring claims against us because of your content or a breach of the rules, you indemnify us against such claims to the extent permitted by law, provided you are responsible for the breach.
8. Limitation of liability
Use of the platforms is free for private users. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under mandatory statutory provisions. Otherwise, for slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential obligations and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. We give no warranty for availability, completeness or timeliness of information.
9. Agencies and ads
Agencies are additionally bound by the terms of their agency account and booked packages. Ranking is based only on fit and quality; sponsored placements and ads are always labelled and never affect organic ranking.
10. Changes
We may change these terms with effect for the future, e.g. for new features or legal changes. We announce material changes in good time; if you do not object within the stated period or keep using the platforms, they are deemed accepted. You can delete your account at any time.
11. Governing law
The laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, apply. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected. If any provision is invalid, the rest remains valid.
